ThreadABead is a UK company, as such all all international orders are subject to customs duties and taxes at the destination country. These fees can vary significantly by country. Customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes for their shipment, ThreadABead is not responsible for these fees.

Bead Patterns

Patterns on ThreadABead are available for online download only. Prices for patterns given reflect that you (not threadabead.com) will print your order.

PLEASE NOTE PATTERNS PURCHASED AT THE SAME TIME AS SHOP ITEMS WILL NOT BE POSTED.

Once payment has been received you will be instantly emailed all the patterns you have purchased to the email address supplied at the checkout pages. The patterns are in PDF format and can be read and printed using the latest version of Adobe reader.

Please ensure you check any junk email folders for the email containing your patterns. We suggest you add contact@threadabead.com to your safe recipients list if you have one.

Please note,

Patterns are only available in PDF format, Adobe Acrobat V10, downloadable for free from www.adobe.com. If you are unsure whether you can use these pdf files, please download one of the free patterns as a test.

Bead Shop

Items purchased from the shop (not including patterns) will be delivered to the address given using Royal Mail. Postage and Package charges are determined by weight and start at £ 1.95.

Items are usually dispatched within 24hrs except weekends which will usually be posted on Mondays.

Every chance must be given for Royal Mail to deliver the item especially busy periods such as Christmas.

Please allow at least 15 working days (three weeks) for deliveries to arrive, Even First Class mail can be delayed.

Please allow at least 20 working days for International sales.

IMPORTANT: For items that have been damaged in post, you must keep all packaging.
