Refunds and Returns

Bead Patterns

We regret we are unable to accept refunds or returns of bead patterns. If you feel you do have a problem during the purchase of the bead pattern please do contact us at contact@threadabead.com and we will do our best to help, we try and respond within 24 hours.

Please note,

We are not responsible if you purchase a pattern that is beyond your level to accomplish. Free instructions are available on site.

We are not responsible if you are unable to print out the bead pattern during the allotted 48 hours you are given to print the bead pattern.

Bead Shop

If you wish to return an item purchased from the shop please contact us first at contact@threadabead.com. Items must be returned to us unused and in their original unopened packaging with a copy of the invoice.

Items must be returned within 7 Days of receipt.

Please ensure you receive a FREE Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as proof of posting. We are not responsible for items lost in the post.

Buyer pays all postage costs unless the item is faulty, in which case we will pay our return postage. Non-faulty, opened or unwanted items will incur a restocking fee of 15% if refunded.

ThreadABead is not responsible for any lost items when returning defective goods or items not returned in accordance with the following terms:

We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning defective merchandise.
Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.

On receipt of the goods we will credit you the amount of the goods and contact to you to let you know.

Delivery

ThreadABead is a UK company, as such all all international orders are subject to customs duties and taxes at the destination country. These fees can vary significantly by country. Customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes for their shipment, ThreadABead is not responsible for these fees.

Bead Patterns

Patterns on ThreadABead are available for online download only. Prices for patterns given reflect that you (not threadabead.com) will print your order.

PLEASE NOTE PATTERNS PURCHASED AT THE SAME TIME AS SHOP ITEMS WILL NOT BE POSTED.

Once payment has been received you will be taken to a unique page where you can print out your purchased bead pattern. This page will only exist for 48 hours after purchase. If you have supplied an email address we will also send you an email containing the patterns as well as a link to the download page, if for some reason you cannot get the attached patterns.

Please note,

Patterns are available for download in PDF format, Adobe Acrobat V8, downloadable for free from www.adobe.com. If you are unsure whether you can use these pdf files, please download one of the free patterns (available in section FREE) as a test.

Bead Shop

Items purchased from the shop (not including patterns) will be delivered to the paypal address given using Royal Mail. Postage and Package charges are determined by weight and start at £ 1.95.

Items are usually dispatched within 24hrs except weekends which will usually be posted on Mondays.

Please note there is a minimum order level of £2.50 or $5 (not including patterns)

Please Note:

Every chance must be given for Royal Mail to deliver the item especially busy periods such as Christmas.

Please allow at least 15 working days (three weeks) for deliveries to arrive, Even First Class mail can be delayed.

Please allow at least 20 working days for International sales.

IMPORTANT: For items that have been damaged in post, you must keep all packaging.

Please contact us through contact@threadabead.com the day it arrives to report a damaged delivery.
