Mini 3D Doctor Nurse Medic Figure Bead Pattern

Do you know a nurse, doctor or medic with a big heart that you appreciate and would like to make a little something to show you care? That is the request we received recently from one of our beaders, and we were more than happy to oblige with a little design. Of course, why not make them for yourself, friends or family to show support and solidarity during this global pandemic. Using just a few beads and findings, these little figures are so quick to make up, taking less than 1-2 hours to create. Make them into earrings, pendants, bookmarks, keychains or just keep as a cute little figure. As usual with ThreadABead featured patterns we give full detailed photographic and graphical instructions and, in this pattern, there are 38 detailed steps, making this pattern even suitable for beginners to beading. This bead pattern is made using Japanese Miyuki size 11 Delica. A form of Round Peyote stitch is used but full detailed instructions are given, and no previous knowledge of the stitch is required. Please note the pattern may not work with any other size and type of beads. There are 8 delica colours in total for each figure and the finished figures are approximately 2cm x 1.75cm. 1 x 6mm Clear Crystal AB and 1 x 8mm Clear Crystal AB are required along with a short piece of thick white cotton or embroidery thread for each figure. The bead pattern supplied is 15 pages and includes 38 full colour photo and graphical instructions.
