3D Mini Christmas Village Elf Figures Bead Pattern

The Christmas village doesn’t just maintain itself, did you know a whole bead army of Elves are around to keep the village looking spick and span. You have Digger the Elf, which when you need snow shoveled or a hole dug, he is your elf. There is Tangle, who loves to decorate the village with lots of lights – once he has untangled them of course! Also, Steppy is there to reach any high places, elves are very short after all! Sweepy is always busy keeping things tidy and makes sure there is no litter left around the village. You have Picasso, who is rather good at painting and can make anything sparkly and cheery and finally Tappy can fix anything that’s broken, including Santa’s sleigh! Using just a few beads and findings, these little figures are so quick to make up, taking less than an 1 hour to create each one. As usual with ThreadABead featured patterns we give full detailed photographic instructions and in this pattern, there are 82 detailed steps, making this pattern even suitable for beginners to beading. This bead pattern is made using Japanese Miyuki size 11 Delica. A form of Round Peyote stitch is used but full detailed instructions are given, and no previous knowledge of the stitch is required. Please note the pattern may not work with any other size and type of beads. There are up to 13 delica colours in total and each piece of finished beadwork is approximately 1.4mm x 2.25mm not including accessories. 12 x 6mm Clear Crystals are also required along with a short piece of green embroidery thread or cotton.
