Charming 3D Ice Cream Cone Bead Pattern

These little Ice Cream Cones looks scrummy enough to eat. They are however little tiny beaded cones with a mini peyote chocolate flake and a sparkling red bead on top that looks just like a cherry! As they are just 3.75cm x 2.25cm, there are so many possibilities you could use them for, they can be made into pendants, key chains, mobile phone charms or even bookmarks! Being such a delightful and unusual design, this pattern uses a round peyote. As usual with ThreadABead featured patterns we give full detailed photographic instructions and in this pattern there are 42 detailed steps, making this pattern even suitable for beginners to beading. This ornament bead pattern is made using Japanese Miyuki size 11 Delica. A form of round peyote is used but full detailed instructions are given and no previous knowledge of the stitch is required. Please note the pattern may not work with any other size and type of beads. There are 4 delica colours in total and the finished beadwork is approximately 3.75 cm x 2.25 cm (not including loop). 1 x 6mm Siam Fire polished beads and polyester wadding is required. Please note depending on how you want to display your Ice Cream Cone will depend on the findings you will use, in our example we have used a 1 x 4mm silver plated jump ring and a white mobile phone cord.
