3D Christmas Village Train Pattern Bead Pattern

A festive train made specially to fit the scale of the Christmas Village! This train is much quicker to bead than our ThreadABead Christmas Train Project, so it would also make an ideal present idea for people who love your big train but you don’t have time to make one for, or people who love trains in general! So let’s take you on a tour! The train is beaded in a Christmassy red, green and gold colour scheme, with decorative elements like candy cane edges. Find elves Dinkie Driver and Wilfred Wagonner at the helm of the train as they arrive and depart from the village train station carrying lots of exciting goods in the carriages. There are two carriages, one green with red band and one red with green band. Each carriage can hold a small item. Techniques used in this pattern are Odd Count Peyote and Round Peyote. As usual with ThreadABead featured patterns we give full detailed photographic instructions and in this part there are 89 detailed steps. Please note the pattern may not work with any other size and type of beads. This pattern takes approximately 8 hours to bead. There are 9 colours in total and the finished beadwork is approximately 10cm (w) x 2.25(d) x 2.75 (h) cm Wadding is required and a no tangle thread bobbin is very useful. The use of a black felt tip pen is optional. The bead pattern supplied is 26 pages with full colour step by step photographic instructions and a coloured pattern chart where needed.
